Joining the Hilb Group in 2016, Jenniffer has taken on the role of Commissions Specialist. In this position, she handles all agent compensation processing and follow-up, as well as general agent support. She views supporting agents to ensure they have what they need to help our clients to the best of their ability. Her support expertise is in part due to her extensive customer service experience in her past positions in food service. In her personal time, Jenniffer enjoys being active with her family by traveling and visiting local attractions.

Jaclyn is one of our Medicare Account Managers who had merged with the Hilb Group in early 2021. After receiving her Business Law degree in 2002, she decided to go another route and ultimately settled into the Mortgage Industry for 15 years.Since then, she has focused on becoming an expert in Medicare benefits. Jaclyn currently holds a Life, Health and Accident license, and is Medicare certified with AHIP, as well as all the major carriers. She is a great asset to our team in helping our beneficiaries navigate through Medicare. As an account manager, she coordinates beneficiary meetings, supports the Medicare Consultants, and excels at assisting beneficiaries with any needs they may have. When Jaclyn is away from the office, she likes to focus on interior design as well as interior painting.

Linda has been a licensed Life, Health and Accident Broker for 35 years. She has been AHIP, and Medicare certified for over 10 years. Linda holds a BS in Business, and began her career focusing on Employee Benefits. In 1993 she became a founding partner of eBenefits Group Northeast, an independent insurance company. Linda worked closely with employers to design and implement their employee benefits. Linda began specializing in Medicare, lending her expertise to Medicare Beneficiaries. She became the Managing Director for eBenefits Northeast/Hilb Group in 2019, when eBenefits Group merged with the Hilb Group. Linda is now the National Director of Medicare Benefits for the Hilb Group’s new Medicare Division. She oversees the Benefit Consultants and Account Managers to ensure every beneficiary is provided with a concierge approach to Medicare.Linda is a member of the Chamber of Commerce and the National Association of Health Underwriters. Linda is a member of the Connecticut Farm Bureau, especially involved with the women’s committee. She is also associated with “Women in Business” of Fairfield County and the CT Community Non-profit Alliance.In her free time, Linda enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling and being outdoors.

Nicole began her career at Compass Planners, a Medicare Advisors office, in 2018. While in that position, Nicole became very knowledgeable in Medicare benefits. In 2019, she attained her Life, Health and Accident license, which enabled her to beginassisting Medicare beneficiaries. She became well versed in solving customer service issues, such as billing, enrollment, and claims. Nicole is AHIP certified, as well as being certified with all the major carriers. Her specialty soon became analyzing beneficiary’s prescription drug plans. She ensuresthat everyone is always enrolled in the most beneficial and most cost saving plan.Originally from Connecticut, Nicole first moved to Providence in 2015. She moved twice since then, however she always returned to Rhode Island, where she feels more at home

Jim is a founding Board Member and the Director of Medicare Education for We Can Help You, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that connects qualified insurance agents with individuals seeking help with Medicare.

Jim has been affiliated with The Hilb Group of New England, on a contract basis, since 2016. In February 2021 Jim joined The Hilb Group as its National Practice Leader for Medicare.

In 2009, Emily joined the Hilb Group and is now the Operations Manager for the Medicare Division. Her responsibilities include oversight of contracting, commissions, and technology for the divisions’ internal and external teams. Emily holds a Life, Health and Accident Brokerlicense and has been AHIP certified for 12 years. She is also certified with all the major carriers. Emily brings knowledge of Medicare compliance, agent service, and database management to the division. Prior to joining the Hilb team, Emily worked in Human Resources and Accounting. When not assisting our agents, Emily enjoys spending time withfamily, crafting, and traveling and volunteering.

Hilb NE has given her an opportunity to navigate clients aging into Medicare and take the worrying out of the process.Marla prides herself on her ability to identify concerns and assist in finding the best available plan unique to each beneficiary. Marla is currently licensed in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Florida, and Rhode Island.Originally from Saco, Maine, Marla resides in Riverside, Rhode Island with her husband Anthony, and their fur baby, Olive. Christian recently graduated from the University of Rhode Island in May of 2020, finishing with a bachelor’s degree in Business, while majoring in Marketing. With this degree he was able to conduct proper communication and marketing skills that help cater to his role in customer service. When it comes to business, he is a dedicated, hardworking employee who constantly seeks out ways to improve and expand his knowledge of Medicare.Christian recently acquired his Rhode Island life, Health and Accident Insurance license. He is AHIP certified, as well as being licensed with all the major carriers. Christian is a valuable member of the team and is very good with helping Medicare beneficiaries resolve their issues and answering their questions. Breanna joined the Hilb Group in October 2013. Currently, Breanna is the Contracting Specialist of the Hilb Medicare division. She handles all agent contract requests and follow up, licensing verifications, and general agent support. Breanna has been Life, Health and Accident licensed since 2016, and is certified for AHIP as well as being certified with all the major carriers. She approaches all aspects of anyjob with a positive, hard-working mindset, and is passionate about helping find solutions to all challenges. She brings with her an extensive background in Customer service from her restaurant environment experience. She is excited to bring these experiences and enthusiasm to the team and to our agents. When she is not on her computer or phone, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
